15 November: The secret to the success of your assessment centres

sanjay-bhandari.gif

How can you ensure that your assessment centres are identifying the top future talent
to enhance your business?

How do you equip your assessors to be able to track and successfully measure their assessments against your pre-agreed competency criteria?

This Knowledge Bite will draw on our experience running large assessment centre projects for a number of well known clients.  Our learning solutions team will demonstrate how best to draw up competency criteria and map these to scenario-based activities in order to ensure that your assessment centre process is robust, fair and fit for the purpose of identifying the best talent matched to your requirements.

We’ll also demonstrate the tablet technology that we’ve been using to overcome a common challenge – namely, the difficulty of tracking and measuring sufficient detail against multiple competency criteria in order to be able to differentiate between candidates.  Our tablet innovation has redefined the traditional paper approach to feedback management and is an efficient, easy to use mechanism to record and classify performance that not only manages assessor feedback, but also adds an additional layer of performance reporting from the participants themselves.

This is an opportunity for you to find out what your peers are doing to maximise the success of their assessment centres.
