The challenge
Following a complete restructuring of the learning and development function, Invesco needed to build a financial skills academy which was business driven, had an integrated range of products and courses, and enticed and illuminated Invesco's passionate and competent employees. The high expecations of potential delegates made this no small task.
The academy incorporated exam training, product training and Invesco-specific training. Invesco wanted the academy to best in class, but also wanted to deliver the final packaged product within 90 days.
Part of the challenge was therefore to find a training partner who would not only be highly competent, but would understand their vision and help them to develop it within the timeframe - working with them to wrap and deliver the financial training in a compelling way - making it easy and exciting for their employees to access.
