I’ve been working as financial trainer for the last 13 years and have developed and delivered innovative, participative and enjoyable training courses predominantly to the investment banking, markets and wealth management communities. My role has enabled me to travel the world and I have taught in all of the world’s major financial centres. I am considered a pre-eminent practitioner able to design and execute programmes for every audience from new industry joiners to top-level management.
My subject portfolio encompasses equity and debt products, derivatives, investment management, valuation and financial modelling.
At 7city I am responsible for developing and implementing a range of training courses particularly with an investment banking and sales and trading focus. This includes leading graduate programmes for our investment banking clients and blue chip organisations.
Before becoming a financial tutor I studied Computing Science at Newcastle University and I joined Cargill plc as a trainee accountant.
After qualifying as an accountant I held various positions within Cargill and was the Financial Accountant for the UK when I left to start working in the training sector.
