Terms and conditions
To be eligible for the No Pass No Pay 100% money back guarantee, you must meet the following terms and conditions:
- Return a signed agreement form at the point of enrollment to your local training centre
- Offer only valid for self funding candidates and does not apply to those who are sponsored by their company
- Take the CFA June 2012 Level I exam
- Classroom learners must attend 80% of the classroom sessions
- Virtual learners must watch 80% of the recordings available at reading level
- Attempt ALL 18 hurdle tests available at study session level online
- Achieve a minimum score of 70% in the progress test
- Achieve a minimum score of 70% in the final mock exam
- Both the mock and progress test must be sat at your relevant test centre under exam conditions. If you are a virtual learner and unable to attend the live mock, an online version will be made available to you
- Both the progress test and mock exam must be booked by the agreed date in your portal, in line with your chosen program. Attendance will be recorded.
