In-house regulatory exam training

In house regulatory TrainingWe're experts at providing a full range of study options for your staff who need to take regulatory exams as part of their roles.

Whether you're looking to ensure that your staff affected by the RDR are trained and RDR compliant in time for the deadline, are responsible for compliance and ensuring that new starters meet industry standards or are managing a large graduate intake and need to make sure they cover the necessary regulatory exams as efficiently as possible, we can tailor our training to suit your requirements.

We've trained for, booked and managed 64,957 exams over the course of our ten year history.

Our flexible programme fits in with work schedules and includes:

  •  Interactive online learning with classroom tuition scheduled at times to suit your staff.  As well as our public calendar of regulatory exam training courses which runs throughout the year, we can run training sessions at your premises at times to suit your staff or cater for large groups of your staff at our training centre.  In-house training has the advantage of convenience for your staff and can be tailored to take place at times best suited for you.  For example, we've broken down the courses into half day sessions for some clients to avoid long periods with whole teams away from the desk.  We'll consider your specific requirements and make a recommendation for the optimum solution to suit you.
  • Access to our portal throughout the programme. Its wealth of study resources and question banks help to keep your staff motivated and prepare them for the exam.
  • Performance analysis embedded in our online portal.  This not only gives the student a realistic appraisal of their progress.  For managers we offer 7city Analytics, a managed training service that allows you to access reports easily, track progress and monitor in-class results.  With the ability to view performance based on metrics such as attendance, hurdle test scores, workshop performance etc. you can actively manage weak performers and reduce the numbers of re-sits.
  • Proactive mentoring to help manage weak performance.  We'll agree the procedure with you, but we can monitor the progress of your staff against a series of benchmarks and proactively contact those who are falling behind to ensure they're supported to reach their full potential.
  • Full management of the course and exam booking process.  Let us take away the headache of administering the programme.  Having agreed the training authorisation process with you, we'll take on the course and exam booking for your delegates, liaising with the exam body to ensure exam booking deadlines are met.  Find out more.
