Tailored portals

All our client portals are unique.  We build and develop them to your specifications.  Custom branded, we'll include as much or as little information as you require.  Standard features tend to include a study planner or learning schedule, class recordings and study notes, pre-class preparatory reading and access to an online helpdesk.  Since access to the portal is sent out before the training starts, it's also a great opportunity to set the tone for the whole programme and we often include recordings from senior staff to provide an introduction to the training programme and the company.

Generation Y are used to navigating a virtual world.  The portal provides a collaborative work space for them to share information and carry out assessments.  We can organise tutor-led discussion forums, manage learning logs and link to social media such as Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn.

Our portals are based on our award-winning technology and have been developed to include adaptive learning analytics and activity analysis.  Our learning portals can incorporate online tests, ongoing simulations and Kirkpatrick Levels 1 - 3 surveys and tests to assess initial levels of knowledge and measure improvements and changes.  Both delegates and management have access to reports on their performance, in the form of dashboards and scorecards.  We agree these diagnostics with you before building the portal.
