- A team of associate promotes where we built the course around a workshop to design new deal structures to take to clients. The winning structure as selected by the divisional board would go live. 7city worked with the associates in a facilitative capacity to give them the tools and guidance. The selected structure is now being taken to clients and generating fee revenue.
- A national roll out for team leaders within a bank's corporate banking division to allow them to train their own staff in how to engage better with clients through a deeper understanding of economic and accounting fundamentals. This was achieved through a lifecycle of a client role play where we mapped the bank's products to the situations the client found themselves facing.
- A start up Middle Eastern equity research business where we built an intensive research programme to get the new analysts up to commercial speed within a pre-business launch time frame. The programme model for research has now become a benchmark within the industry.
