As well as reporting on the quantitative results of the programme (i.e. exam results), our tutors will also provide assessment based around the graduates' behaviour and ability. We assess them on how well they put the knowledge we've given them to use and how they interact with colleagues on the programme.
Our experience of teaching large graduate programmes has regularly shown that the behaviour and interpersonal skills demonstrated by graduates on their training programme can carry through to their employment. It is important to be able to evidence this performance, as much to fast-track high achievers as to attempt early intervention in cases of poor performance.
